Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement project work plans.
• Experience identifying construction issues via site surveys.
• Ability to conduct on-site visits and coordinate with crews and operations.
• Strong communication with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships vital to division success.
• Experience establishing relations with independent contractors and vendors.
• Ability to evaluate projects and propose improvements to performance.
• Experience presenting a professional image to clients.
• Support initiatives for cost saving and process improvements.
