Job summary

Holden Tiling & Construction PTE LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee landed residential projects in Singapore. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with consultants, clients and sub-contractors, and drive project planning and cost control to meet timelines.

The role requires at least 3 years' hands-on experience, strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and strict QA/QC and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years' experience in landed residential properties.
• Strong project planning, cost control and coordination with consultants/clients & sub-contractors.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site activities.
• Ensure timely preparation of project progress reports and handover records.
• Record defects and manage variation orders.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance on site.

• Assist Project Manager in construction works, shop drawings, method statements submissions.
• Prepare project progress reports, inspection records, handover records, defects list.

• Proactively respond to on-site problems with the project team.
• Observe QA/QC matters and safety compliance on site.

• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress reports, inspection records, handover records, defects list etc.
• Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others
• Ability to complete and hand over projects within tight timeline and quality expectation
• To make pro-active response on site problems and resolved immediately with the Project team
• To ensure all aspect of QA and QC matters
• Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
