Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support the project team in coordinating construction activities, documentation, materials, subcontractors and site requirements to ensure smooth and timely project execution. You will assist in coordinating the WSH requirement support at site.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager and Construction Manager in daily project coordination, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel,

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and update project schedules and status reports.
• Coordinate drawings, RFIs, material submissions, method statements and approvals.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are available to the site team.
• Follow up on material deliveries, procurement requirements and subcontractor works.
• Attend project and site coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical issues.
• Maintain proper project records, correspondence, reports and documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and rectification of defects.
