Job summary

NB RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in assigned sites in Singapore. You will supervise site workers, coordinate with architectural and M&E teams, and ensure works comply with specifications, shop drawings, and local codes.

You will monitor safety, enforce safe work procedures, and collaborate with subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality on civil and structural tasks.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring daily site operations.
• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works with other trades such as architectural or M&E works
• Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
• Site supervision of construction workers
• Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
