Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to oversee site operations for construction/renovation projects at Bendemeer client site. You will manage quality control, scheduling, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements include 1–3 years of relevant experience; experience in construction/ renovation is a plus. Working days are Monday to Friday, 10am–6:30pm, with salary SGD 3,000–4,000 plus transport allowances.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination/management.
• Experience in construction/renovation/interior design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
• Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisation.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Scopes:
