Job summary

5 Masons Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Interior Design Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to meet timelines and safety standards.

The role emphasizes budget control, documentation, and effective communication, with opportunities for personal growth. Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent is preferred, with at least 3 years or entry-level welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases to deliver interior design projects on time and within scope.
• Provide site staff with guidance and resolve project-related issues to maintain workflow continuity.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation for effective tracking and reporting.
• Organize and lead progress meetings to communicate updates and address project concerns.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead site teams to enforce safety protocols and control project budgets effectively.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support overall project success.
