Responsibilities

• Inspect materials on site and verify quantities and dimensions.
• Assist designers and project managers with site communication.
• Maintain records of progress, purchasing, deliveries, and activities.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues to ensure smooth execution.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Project Coordinator to support our interior renovation projects in Singapore.

You will work closely with designers, project managers, workers, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate site activities, materials and project schedules.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working on-site, solving practical problems and seeing a renovation project progress from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation projects from commencement to completion.
• Liaise with workers and subcontractors and arrange site manpower.
• Monitor site progress and follow up on project schedules.
• Source materials, request quotations, place orders and follow up with suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries and receive, check and inspect materials on site.
• Verify material quantities, models, dimensions and condition, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist designers and project managers with site communication and daily coordination.
• Maintain clear records of project progress, purchasing, deliveries and site activities.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to coordinate with clients, suppliers and team members.
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable travelling to renovation sites within Singapore.
• Experience in interior renovation, interior fit-out, construction or project coordination is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, ceiling and finishing works will be an advantage.
