Job summary

ASA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Project Manager to help set up estimates, budgets and timetables and contribute to construction strategy on client projects.

You will support coordination with subcontractors and workers, liaise with clients, architects and engineers, assign equipment and manpower, and help maintain safety and quality standards on site. Qualifications

• Certificate in Project/Building/Construction Management or equivalents.
• Min 1 year of experience in local construction industry. Experience in Office Renovation/ Interior/ A&A works will be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in setting up estimates, budgets and construction timetables for the client and to develop construction strategy.
• Assist Project Manager in controlling, supervising and coordinating with the appointed subcontractors and workers.
• Liaising and collaborating with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders in the project.
• Assigning and managing equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
• Keeping detailed records of site activities and maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all building codes and other legal / regulatory requirements.
• Monitor delivery of goods and movement of workers to designated locations and any other duties as required by the Management.
