Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator/PM for construction, interior design, and renovation projects in Singapore.

The role covers daily site operations, quality control, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, designers, workers and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget. 1-3 years' experience is preferred; experience in construction or interior design is an advantage; transport allowances are

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in project coordination / project management preferred.
• Experience in construction / renovation / interior design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, quality control and scheduling.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, designers, workers and sub-contractors.
• Meet client quotations, scheduling, site prep, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
• Perform risk analysis and monitor progress with client reports.
• Prepare basic management updates.
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Construction / Interior Design / Renovation

Working days & time: 5days , Mon - Fri, 10am - 6:30pm

Location: Bendemeer | Client Site

Salary: $3000 - $4000 + Transport allowances

Job Scopes:

• Oversea the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
• Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisation.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in project coordination / project management preferred
• Experience in construction / renovation / interior design is an advantage
