Job summary

LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an Architectural Coordination professional to lead on-site execution and ensure design conformity with MOE, BCA, and URA standards. You will review drawings, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and manage timely submissions for approvals.

The role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and independent site work with multiple deadlines across institutional projects.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, preferably on institutional or government projects.
• Familiar with local codes and authority submission processes, especially BCA, URA, and MOE standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit and BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience working with government agencies or on public sector projects (e.g., MOE, HDB, LTA) is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently on-site and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparing reports, progress updates, and documentation required by MOE and other agencies.
• Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and inspections with consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure architectural finishes and materials are in line with approved samples and educational facility standards.
