A project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination for projects. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Engineering or related fields and 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within M&E or construction. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD are essential. This role involves liaising with stakeholders and managing project documentation.
Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and Site Engineers.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of progress.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, submissions, and permits.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
Track material orders, deliveries, and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle Permit-to-Work (PTW) submissions and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress updates, and manpower allocation.
Assist in preparing project claims, variation orders, and other documentation.
Support in ensuring compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in M&E or construction projects in Singapore.
Familiar with local building codes, safety practices, and site operations is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and AutoCAD; experience in project management software is a plus.
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
