STYLE ID PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Project Coordinator for our interior design and renovation team in Singapore.

This hands-on, site-based role involves working closely with Interior Designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly from start to handover. • Able to read and communicate in English.
• Genuine interest in the interior design and renovation industry.
• Willing to learn and develop practical knowledge through on-site training.
• Responsible, reliable and committed to completing assigned tasks.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

• Willing to travel to different project sites across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project contracts, ID drawings, specifications and agreed renovation items.
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works are carried out according to the agreed design, drawings and project schedule.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works, deliveries and rectification.
• Identify potential site issues, delays or discrepancies and highlight them to the Interior Designer.
• Coordinate different trades on-site to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site checks and provide progress updates to the Interior Designer.
• Assist with homeowner enquiries relating to site progress and non-design-related matters.
• Coordinate defect rectification and outstanding works.
• Assist with project handover to the homeowner.

About the Role
