Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation projects from start to finish.
• Liaise with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage site manpower.
• Monitor progress and follow up on project schedules.
• Source materials, request quotations, place orders, track deliveries.
• Inspect materials on site and verify quantities and dimensions.
• Assist designers and project managers with site communication.
• Maintain records of progress, purchasing, deliveries, and activities.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues to ensure smooth execution.
