Job summary

Staffhub Group seeks an established Architect with leadership experience to head project implementations in Singapore. You will manage stakeholders, lead site meetings, and drive progress from concept to construction drawings.

A strong portfolio and commitment to high-quality design are essential. You must hold a recognized Architecture Degree, be familiar with Singaporean regulations, and have at least 10 years of local experience.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience in Singapore.
• Well versed in Singapore's regulations and authority guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and consultants in implementation of projects.
• Manage client/consultant stakeholders and engage in project & site meetings to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Conceptualize designs and carry out feasibility studies.
• Prepare submission and construction drawings.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
