You will develop plans with AutoCAD and SketchUp, lead client presentations, coordinate site activities, and manage approvals with authorities, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for layouts and presentations.
• Knowledge of Singapore local authority codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Job Summary

Support Directors in architectural design and project management by leading design development, client presentations, and site coordination. Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and ISO standards while managing multiple projects from concept to construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Directors in managing architectural design, project implementation, and drafting authority submissions for assigned projects


• Develop design concepts and detailed layouts using Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce accurate plans, sections, and presentations for client review


• Lead contract administration, conduct site visits, and chair or attend Client Consultant and Technical Coordination Meetings to drive project progress


• Present project designs confidently to clients and facilitate engaging, informative, and conclusive design workshops


• Apply knowledge of Singapore local authority codes and regulations to ensure project compliance and secure necessary approvals


• Manage construction phases by coordinating site activities and monitoring project progress to meet timelines and quality standards


• Prepare and coordinate submission forms, drawings, floor area calculations, and presentation materials required by authorities


• Maintain drafting and documentation templates in accordance with office ISO standards to ensure consistency and quality


• Coordinate project implementation and site activities to align with project goals and stakeholder expectations


• Perform other duties assigned by the Director related to architectural design and project management

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution


• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management


• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp for producing architectural layouts and presentations


• Strong knowledge of Singapore local authority codes and regulations for design compliance


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and coordinate with consultants and contractors
