Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, C&S, M&E or Project Management; at least 15 years of experience in the Singapore building industry.
• End-to-end construction project leadership from inception through close-out is essential.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with strong PM on-site experience.
• Experience or willingness to utilize AI tools and digital solutions for project management.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive construction projects from project inception, planning and design through construction, completion, handover and close-out, ensuring delivery within tight timelines, budget, quality standards and with a zero-accident safety record

• Take ownership to identify and resolve site technical problems

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants/contractors/vendors/suppliers to achieve project deliverables

• Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities to manage submissions and obtaining the clearances necessary for project to progress swiftly

• Work closely with Head of Projects to proactively pre-empt and manage project issues

• Review and procurement of various contracts

• Prepare project’s periodic progress report for updating Senior Management

• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Good degree in Architecture, C&S, M&E or Project Management with at least 15 years of relevant experience in the Singapore building industry

• Strong end-to-end construction project experience is essential, with proven experience managing projects from inception and design through construction, completion, handover and final close-out.

• Good track record of successfully delivering complex and challenging construction projects

• Strong construction management/hands-on site PM experience

• Demonstrated project leadership as PM-in charge

• Knowledgeable in project management processes across all stages of project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close-out.

• Resourceful and agile in driving projects to fruition

• Self-driven, ability to multi-task and comfortable with tight deadlines

• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience or demonstrate willingness to utilize AI tools and digital solutions for project management
