Job summary

Long Hin (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to lead the coordination of architectural works for complex building construction projects in Singapore. You will liaise with consultants, suppliers and authorities, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications and schedules.

You will coordinate with structural, M&E and other trades, monitor on-site compliance, and participate in meetings to resolve technical issues and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architecture Studies or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural coordination/management in building construction.
• Strong local Singapore project experience, e.g., HDB, schools, institutional, residential or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore building practices, authority requirements and codes.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, materials and construction details.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters concurrently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submissions and samples.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination/management within the building construction industry.
• Strong local Singapore building project experience is required, preferably with experience in HDB, schools, institutional, residential or other large-scale building projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore building construction practices, authority requirements and relevant codes and regulations.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, materials and construction details.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple architectural matters concurrently.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit would be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong site-based architectural coordination experience will be preferred.
