Job summary

WIDE WINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior construction professional with deep technical and leadership capabilities to lead complex civil and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

The role requires 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 8 years in the industry, a recognized architecture/engineering degree, and strong project management and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams. You will need strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, and be able to

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with strong construction background; at least 8 years in the construction industry.
• Degree in Architecture or Engineering or recognized degree by PEB/BOA Singapore or equivalent accreditation.
• Strong experience in project management and site coordination, preferably in large-scale civil/infrastructure projects.
• Self-motivated, driven with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and handle fast-paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, and competent in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficient in coordinating multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages, able to lead and resolve integration and interfacing issues.

Job description

1. Minimum 10 years of working experience with strongconstruction background, with at least 8 years of experience in theconstruction industry.

2. Possess a degree in architecture or engineering orrecognized degree in the relevant field by the PEB / BOA of Singapore orpossess an equivalent recognised accreditation acceptable to the OIC.

3. Strong experience in project management and sitecoordination, preferably in large scale civil and infrastructure work andmultidisciplinary construction projects.
