Qualifications

• Architectural degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in Singapore.
• Registration with Board of Architect Singapore preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, or multidisciplinary projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural documentation and construction processes.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and delivery of complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and oversee design concepts, detailed design through construction stage.
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure consistency of design intent throughout all project stages.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination with Consultants.
• Lead client presentations, design reviews, coordination meetings, and authority submissions etc.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, design reports, material selections, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable Singapore building codes, authority requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, design deliverables, resources, budgets, and schedules in coordination with the project team.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex architectural related issues.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor implementation of the approved design and resolve site-related architectural issues.
• Lead and coordinate tender processes, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Nurture and mentor junior team members, promoting professional development and high-quality design standards.
