Job summary

The People’s Association is seeking a Programme Executive to manage procurement, administrative support, and execution of Social-Emotional Wellness & Inclusiveness programmes including The Purple Parade, The Purple Symphony, and inclusion grants. You will provide stakeholder engagement and operational support for the CDC programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in programme administration or procurement support.
• Strong organisational abilities with experience in project timeline management, reporting, and record management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging corporate partners, community organisations, residents, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates curiosity and resourcefulness in identifying process improvements while supporting team initiatives by contributing ideas and alternative solutions.
• Questions assumptions and thinks out of the box to find better and more innovative solutions to familiar issues.
• Knowledge of 2nd language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or dialects)

Responsibilities

• Procurement, administrative and programme support for CDC programmes.
• Assist in procurement matters and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Operational and administrative support including managing project timelines and reporting.
• Engage corporate partners, community partners, and the community.
• Collate and maintain databases; record management for CDC programmes.
• Assist in reporting and data gathering for programmes and meetings.
