Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Programme Executive to manage procurement, administrative support, and execution of Social-Emotional Wellness & Inclusiveness programmes including The Purple Parade, The Purple Symphony, and inclusion grants.

The role involves engaging corporate partners, residents, and community organisations, while ensuring project timelines, reporting, and record management are maintained. Strong organisational skills and a second language are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in programme administration or procurement support.
• Familiar with government procurement processes and administrative procedures.
• Strong organisational abilities and experience managing project timelines and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness in identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all procurement matters for CDC programmes and provide procurement-related support to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal staff and the People’s Association HQ Administration & Procurement Division on procurement matters.
• Provide operational and administrative support for assigned CDC programmes including timelines and execution.
• Assist in outreach to corporate and community partners and residents.
• Maintain databases and records for assigned programmes.
• Support in reporting and data gathering for programmes and meetings.
