PAS People's Association invites applications for a Programme Executive to oversee procurement and administrative support for Social-Emotional Wellness & Inclusiveness programmes, including The Purple Parade and The Purple Symphony. You will engage partners and manage project timelines.

• Minimum 2 years in programme administration or procurement support.
• Understand government procurement processes and administrative procedures.
• Strong organisational abilities with project timeline management, reporting and record management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging partners and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of a 2nd language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or dialects).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in procurement matters for CDC programmes and provide procurement-related support.
• Work with internal staff and People’s Association HQ Administration & Procurement Division on procurement issues.
• Provide operational and administrative support for CDC programmes, managing timelines and assisting the project manager.
• Assist in outreaching and engaging corporate partners, community partners and residents.
• Collate and maintain databases of information relating to assigned CDC programmes.
• Record management for assigned CDC programmes.
• Assist in reporting for assigned CDC programmes.
• Gathers information and collates data for programmes, reports and meetings.
• Manage and execute programme(s) under the Social-Emotional Wellness & Inclusiveness pillar including The Purple Parade, The Purple Symphony, and administration of inclusion grants.
• Ad-hoc duties and cross-team initiatives.
