Job summary

The People’s Association is seeking a capable professional to support the CDC Vouchers Programme across five CDCs, coordinating with government agencies and partners to ensure effective delivery of programmes that benefit communities. You will collate data, prepare reports, and help profile CDC work for informed decision-making.

You will also contribute to strategic planning, communications, and secretariat support for meetings and events, with opportunities to influence whole-of-PA/CDC

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience with some supervisory experience.
• Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CDC Vouchers team with supervision responsibilities.
• Coordinate with government agencies and community partners.
• Collate data and prepare statistical reports and presentations.
• Address residents' and stakeholders' enquiries and feedback.
• Publicise the CDC vouchers scheme via human-interest stories across platforms.
• Support secretariat and planning for CPD/CDC workplans and events.
