PAS People's Association is seeking a proactive Programme Associate to support the CDC Vouchers schemes across five CDCs. You will assist with implementation, monitoring, data analysis, and reporting to drive informed decisions and better community outcomes.

The role offers exposure to whole-of-PA/CDC operations, collaboration with government agencies and partners, and opportunities to contribute to social innovation and workshops.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience, with some supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational processes and work with government agencies and partners.
• Prepare reports, analyses and presentations on programme data.
• Craft responses to resident and stakeholder enquiries and collate feedback.
• Publicise the CDC vouchers scheme through human-interest stories and channels.
• Participate in task forces and cross-functional projects aligned to priorities.
