Job summary

HOPE Worldwide (Singapore) is seeking a passionate Programme & Fundraising Executive to support our community mission through programme development, partnerships, and fundraising.

You will build and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners, translating needs into impactful programmes and sustainable fundraising opportunities. Collaboration with teams will strengthen cross-channel fundraising and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in social sciences, community development, communications, marketing, business or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in fundraising, partnerships, community engagement, programme coordination or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Programme & Fundraising Executive to support our mission of serving the community. This role combines programme development, partnership management and fundraising, with a strong focus on cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners. Success in this role comes from building trust, engaging stakeholders, and translating community needs into impactful programmes and sustainable fundraising opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify donor prospects, build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and sponsors
• Provide strategic input on the messaging angles and approaches of fundraising appeals
• Implement and manage the execution of plans and activities to achieve set fundraising and engagement objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen fundraising initiatives across various channels and platforms (including social media)
• Analyse fundraising performance data and prepare regular reports to track results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Keep abreast of fundraising trends and best practices to continuously enhance strategies and approaches
• Establish in-depth understanding of the services and needs in the community and identify specific gaps/needs to plan and organise outreach programmes and services
• Develop strategies and applicable programmes to attract, recruit and retain volunteers
• Collaborate closely with community social service partners, and establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies
• Track and evaluate effectiveness of programmes, compile relevant details and provide timely updates for various reporting and submission purposes

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Passion for community work and a genuine interest in engaging donors, volunteers, and partners
• Experience in fundraising, partnerships, community engagement, programme coordination, or related fields will be an advantage
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
