Job summary

Responsibilities

Programme Development

  • Design, develop and deliver Job Tasters, workshops and experiential learning programmes.
  • Translate workplace experiences into engaging and meaningful learning opportunities for youths.
  • Plan programme structures, learning activities and participant journeys.
  • Work closely with the Events team to oversee programme delivery from planning through execution.
  • Gather participant and partner feedback to continuously improve programme quality.
  • Develop playbooks, templates and SOPs to standardise and scale programme delivery.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with employers, schools and community partners throughout programme planning and delivery.
  • Manage programme timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to ensure high-quality programme outcomes.

  • Is a self-starter who takes initiative, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems.
  • Has strong organisational and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Bonus if you have:
  • Experience in programme management, operations, event marketing or community engagement.
  • Experience in youth development, career readiness, or education space.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Relational Databases (RDB) and Excel.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in education, communications, business, social sciences or a related field.
