Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable administrator to support Outreach and Partners Management, Students and Programme Management, Finance and Claims, Admissions, and Special Projects. You will assist the Deputy Director with event planning, stakeholder coordination, data maintenance, procurement, and process improvement across multiple college programmes.

The role emphasises hands-on administrative support, on-site event operations, and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing outreach events, coordinating student ambassadors and venue logistics.
• Help manage social media to boost visibility and engagement.
• Support volunteering activities with Tech-for-Good partners and handle student enquiries.
• Assist with programme management for students.
• Assist procurement by sourcing quotes and liaising with vendors.
• Process and manage student claims for modules and activities.
• Maintain and update databases accurately.
• Support admissions events with on-site logistics and operations.
• Support digitalisation projects, including workflow automation and dashboarding.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and dashboarding tools is a plus.

Job description

Outreach and Partners Management

• Assist the Deputy Director in planning and executing outreach events, including recruiting and coordinating student ambassadors, securing venues, preparing event logistics and publicity materials, developing presentation slides, administering feedback surveys, and compiling survey reports.
• Assist in managing social media platforms to enhance the College's visibility and engagement.
• Support the coordination of volunteering activities with Tech-for-Good partners and manage student enquiries relating to volunteering opportunities.

Students and Programme Management

• Assist with programme management for students

Finance and Claims

• Assist with procurement processes, including sourcing quotations and liaising with vendors.
• Process and manage student claims for various modules and activities.

Admissions

• Maintain and update databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support admissions events by assisting with logistical arrangements and on-site event operations.

Special Projects

• Support digitalisation initiatives, including workflow automation, dashboard development, and process improvement projects.
• Knowledge or experience in workflow automation and dashboarding tools will be an added advantage.
