Our Executive will play a key support role within the KidSTART@KKH KIDS 0-3 Programme, providing operational, administrative, and data management support to the Service and Programme Evaluation and Strategic Development Team.
This role will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the programme, support programme evaluation activities, facilitate digitalization initiatives, and assist in organizational functions including human resource administration, outreach activities, and quality management.
This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders to support programme delivery and continuous improvement.
1) Support to Data Management and Programme Evaluation
Support Clinical Research Coordinators in the day-to-day management of programme data and assessment records.
Perform data entry, verification, cleaning, and tracking of assessment and research-related forms.
Follow up on incomplete or missing data to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Prepare datasets and support data extraction for programme evaluation, reporting, and operational needs.
Assist in maintaining data quality and compliance with programme requirements.
Support the digitalisation of programme workflows, including the conversion of paper-based records, forms, and documentation into electronic platforms.
Participate in documentation and digitalisation workgroups or taskforces to improve operational efficiency.
2) Strategic Development and Organizational Support
Support the Assistant Manager in strategic planning and programme development initiatives.
Provide administrative and coordination support for the Strategic Development Team.
Assist with human resource-related activities, including staff records management, onboarding coordination, and other related activities.
Support marketing, communications, and outreach initiatives to enhance programme visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong Excel skills, including data management, reporting, and analysis, will be an advantage.
Familiarity with electronic data capture systems or databases will be beneficial.
Ability to engage and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement and digitalisation.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Resourceful and proactive in identifying solutions and improvements.
