The National University of Singapore (NUS) oversees the two MSc programmes in the Department of Mathematics, providing end-to-end admin from admission to alumni relations. The role collaborates with Programme Manager, Programme Directors and the Dean's Office to ensure smooth delivery and high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in programme coordination in higher education, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Formación

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Programme management experience, preferably 2+ years as programme coordinator and partnership development in higher education.
• Possess good organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Networking and event management skills.
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to contribute to strategic planning and work independently.
• Remuneration is based on a 12-month salary structure with annual variable bonus depending on performance and policies.
• Appointment grade will be set based on individual merits.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration of the MSc programmes from admission to day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with Programme Manager, Directors and Dean's Office to ensure programme quality.
• Cultivate alumni relations and enhance community cohesion per branding strategy.
• Assist with event management and Centre for Quantitative Finance administration.
• Provide other programme-related administrative support.
