NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to oversee the administrative and operational management of the MSc in Precision Scientific Instrumentation (MSPSI). Qualifications

A degree holder from a recognised university.
Around 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme administration or higher education operations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with academic administrative processes and institutional systems.
Ability to work independently within defined operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end programme administration from admissions to graduation.
Coordinate internship processes and documentation across relevant MSc programmes.
Oversee curriculum documentation, timetabling, and course registration processes.
Support examination operations and mark entry processes.
Process PTL claims and support faculty administrative matters.
Coordinate closely with faculty, students, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
