Job summary

The National University of Singapore's Department of Mathematics seeks an organised administrator to manage two MSc programmes (NUS-SJTU MSc in Quantitative Finance and MQF) throughout the student lifecycle, from admission to alumni relations and related portfolios.

Working with Programme Manager, Directors and the Dean’s Office, you will handle end-to-end programme administration, event planning for the Centre for Quantitative Finance, and contribute to strategic planning and programme branding.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Programme management experience, preferably 2+ years of experience as programme coordinator and partnership development in the higher education sector.
• Possess good organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Networking and event management skills.
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to contribute to strategic planning, and perform duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the two MSc programmes end-to-end, including admission, job placement, alumni relations, and related portfolios.
• Work with Programme Manager, Programme Directors and Dean’s Office to support programme delivery and quality.
• Cultivate alumni relations and enhance community cohesion in line with branding strategy.
• Assist with event management and general administration for the department’s Centre for Quantitative Finance.
