Job summary

National University Of Singapore (NUS) is seeking an hourly-rated Programme Manager to plan and deliver comprehensive programmes. Your role spans execution planning, operations, stakeholder coordination, and on-site delivery across events and workshops.

You will prepare materials, manage contracts and invoicing, and ensure timely reporting. The ideal candidate has strong English and Japanese communication skills, experience in programme-related roles, and the ability to coordinate multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management, project management, event operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese to support regular communication with stakeholders in Japan.
• Experience with contracts, invoicing, payments, system registration, or reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Programme Execution Planning: Develop detailed plans with timelines, logistics, roles and requirements.
• Programme Operations and Administration: Manage contracts, registrations, invoicing, payments and documentation.
• Programme Management and Stakeholder Coordination: Monitor progress, coordinate with participants, partners, vendors and internal teams, including in Japan.
• Programme Delivery, Marketing and Reporting: Prepare logistics, materials, schedules, and briefing docs; support on-site operations and create reports.
