Job summary

Amity Global Institute Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Programme Manager to oversee cohorts and faculty, ensuring academic progression, attendance compliance, conduct, and administrative fulfilment.

You will coordinate end-to-end programme delivery, support material distribution, on-site teaching support, and partner engagements, while managing venues, vendors, and logistics to deliver a high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data tools (Power BI).
• Experience with educational technology platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Zoom, Power Automate, AI-enabled tools) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with accountability.
• A proactive, reliable, and service-oriented team player.
• Curious, analytical, and open to innovation and technology-driven solutions.
• Passionate about higher education, executive learning, and student/faculty development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cohorts and faculty academic progression, attendance, conduct, and compliance.
• Plan and execute local/overseas programme segments for quality learning experiences.
• Coordinate distribution of teaching materials and provide on-site academic support.
• Manage venue setup, logistics, and liaise with external vendors for timely service delivery.
• Handle vendor engagement, quotations, invoicing, and payments in line with policies.
