Job summary

NUSX is seeking a Programme Manager for an hourly-rated, 12-month contract at Kent Ridge Campus in Singapore. You will drive programme execution planning, operations, and coordination with diverse stakeholders, including teams in Japan.

Qualifications

Experience in programme management, project management, event operations, or a similar role.
Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
Good communication in English and Japanese to coordinate with stakeholders in Japan.
Experience with administrative processes such as contracts, invoicing, payments, system registration, or reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage programme execution smoothly.
Strong interest in startups, innovation, or entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed programme plans with timelines, logistics, roles and responsibilities.
Manage contracts, invoicing, payments, and documentation for programme delivery.
Monitor programme progress, milestones, issues, and deliverables; coordinate with participants and partners.
Lead on-site operations during sessions, events, and meetings; prepare reports and materials.
Provide regular reporting to the Centre Director and support visitor hosting as needed.
