Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Designer to design, pilot, scale and evaluate CET and workplace learning programmes that upskill the workforce. You will translate labour-market needs into competency-based outcomes, develop modular pathways and authentic assessments, and guide teams on blended and AI-enabled approaches.

You will manage enterprise transformation projects from scoping to delivery, build stakeholder relationships across agencies and industry partners,

Qualifications

Experience in CET, adult learning, or workplace learning design.
Ability to conduct needs analysis and design competency-based curricula and assessments.
Practical digital and responsible AI literacy in teaching and content workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, pilot, scale and evaluate CET and workplace learning solutions.
Translate needs into competency-based outcomes and modular pathways.
Develop business cases and fit-for-purpose training and micro-credential offerings.
Provide guidance on blended, online, micro-learning and workplace-integrated learning approaches.
Design and pilot responsible AI-enabled content development and learning analytics with human oversight.
Manage workplace learning projects from scoping to delivery and closure.
Maintain governance over scope, budget, risks and benefits realisation.
