Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan and coordinate support group programmes, talks and activities.

You will organise events, workshops, outings and an annual award ceremony, liaise with speakers and partners, prepare materials and manage registrations, engagement and monthly reports. Diploma or degree in any relevant discipline is required, with prior experience in programme coordination or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate support group programmes, talks and activities.
• Organise events, workshops, outings and an annual award ceremony.
• Liaise with speakers, healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Prepare event materials, simple eDMs and programme announcements.
• Manage programme registrations, attendance records and member engagement.
• Support event budgets, payment administration and monthly reports.
