PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking candidates for a 1-year contract to support the planning and execution of events and programmes. The role requires Singaporean nationals with a degree, strong initiative, teamwork, and good organisational and IT skills.

You will manage logistics, communications with stakeholders, vendor supervision, and overall event support, including after-hours work when needed. Salary is S$4,000 per month with a completion bonus of one month’s salary on contract

Qualifikationen

• Singaporean with a degree.

• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Willing to work on weekends or after office hours when required.

Aufgaben

• Provide logistics, administrative and protocol support for events, visits and engagements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters and timelines.
• Supervise vendors and ensure timely delivery and collection schedules.
• Manage event logistics and inventory.
• Support other operational and administrative tasks within the team.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.
