Job summary

Helius Technologies, a Singapore-based tech solutions firm, seeks an accomplished Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs across Singapore and regional teams. You will define delivery plans, secure executive buy-in, and coordinate business, technology, and audit stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 8–12 years in program management or technology transformation, with strong governance, risk, and metrics-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in program management, project delivery, or technology transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of technology program management methodologies, governance, risk management, and delivery planning.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic insights for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Obtain senior management and stakeholder buy-in for program plans, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and audit functions to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including delivery plans, risk assessments, status reports, and governance materials.
• Identify delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and challenges, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and achievement of business case objectives and expected benefits.
• Prepare and present program updates, milestones, risks, and key decisions to senior management and Steering Committees.
• Organise governance meetings, prepare agendas and presentation materials, and maintain meeting minutes and action trackers.
