Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to define delivery plans, drive execution, and align initiatives with the strategy for Singapore and regional scope.

You will lead multi-stakeholder, cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress to senior executives, auditors, and business leaders while maintaining clear documentation and a robust technology scorecard.

Qualifications

• 6 - 10 years' of relevant experience in technology program management.
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, cross-team programs, and risk management.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and summarize communications for executives.
• Experience influencing stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy / roadmap (SG and regionally).
• Obtain buy-in / approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure timely identification and addressing of implementation actions and challenges.
• Ensure quality of deliverables to render benefits outlined in the business case.
• Lead leadership updates (e.g., Steering Committee) to provide visibility on milestones and decisions.
• Serve as Secretariat of Tech Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee.
• Develop the agenda, organise meeting cadences, and maintain related materials.
• Support the performance management process by designing and tracking the Technology scorecard.

• Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy / roadmap (SG and regionally).
• Obtain buy-in / approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
• Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across units/teams (including auditors) to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams for delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure that implementation actions and challenges are identified and addressed effectively.
• Ensure quality of deliverables (which includes verification of deliverable outcomes, documentation, etc.) to render benefits outlined in the business case for the assigned program.
• Responsible for leadership and regulatory updates (e.g., Steering Committee meetings) to provide visibility on project milestones and status to drive key decisions.
• Serve as Secretariat of Tech Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee
• Develop the agenda, organise meeting cadences, and maintain related documentation (e.g., discussion materials, minutes, etc.).
• Support the performance management process by designing and tracking the Technology scorecard.

Job Requirements

• Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program improvements.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
