Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a 12-month contract with a leading bank in Singapore. You will define the delivery plan, drive execution, and secure senior leadership buy-in across Singapore and regional teams.

The role requires navigating multi-stakeholder environments, translating technical details into strategic guidance, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and governance updates to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant program management experience.
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to link technical work to strategic business goals.
• Strong data-driven decision making with stakeholder influence.
• Experience with risk assessments and governance updates.

About the Role

Starts off as 12months contract with leading bank in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy / roadmap (SG and regionally).
• Obtain buy-in / approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
• Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across units/ teams (including auditors) to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams for delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure that implementation actions and challenges are identified and addressed effectively.
• Ensure quality of deliverables (which includes verification of deliverable outcomes, documentation etc.) to render benefits outlined in the business case for the assigned program
• Responsible for leadership and regulatory updates (e.g. Steering Committee meetings) to provide visibility on project milestones and status to drive key decisions.
• Develop the agenda, organise meeting cadences, and maintain related documentation (e.g. discussion materials, minutes, etc).
• Support the performance management process by designing and tracking the Technology scorecard.

• 8-12 years' of relevant experience in program management.
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
• Ability to link technicalities to strategic intent
• Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to influence key stakeholders with data-driven and insightful point of view.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program improvements.
• Knowledge in technical program management methodologies.
• Ability to understand and work at technical-level and summarize communications at strategic and executive level for business stakeholders and senior executives
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
