Job summary

MFS Technology (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an energetic sales professional to manage key customer accounts from contract to delivery. You will handle quotations and pricing, nurture relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

You will collaborate with operations to resolve delivery and quality issues, travel for customer visits and trade shows, and provide weekly and monthly sales reports detailing revenue and funnel status.

Responsibilities

• Managing key customers’ accounts with activities such as establishing contracts, quotations and pricing
• Support and maintain excellent customer relationships and excite them with new business opportunities
• Assess and understand clients’ project needs and propose manufacturing services and solutions to meet their objectives
• Involve in the entire product life cycle from prototype to mass production to End-of-Life (EOL)
• Work with operations to resolve any delivery and quality issues.
• Acquiring new customers & opportunities
• Traveling involved - Customer visits and attend trade shows
• To submit weekly & monthly sales report which include sales revenue and sales funnel
