Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to handle key customer accounts, manage contracts, quotations and pricing, and nurture strong relationships with clients in Singapore.

You will understand project needs, suggest manufacturing solutions, and oversee projects from prototype to mass production, coordinating with internal teams to resolve delivery and quality issues. Travel may be required, with regular sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customers' project requirements and recommend suitable manufacturing solutions.
• Manage customer projects throughout the full product lifecycle, from prototype to mass production and End-of-Life (EOL).
• Work closely with internal operations teams to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Travel for customer visits and trade shows when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including revenue and sales pipeline updates.
