Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Sales-Engineering professional with a Diploma in Engineering to manage key customer accounts, drive contracts and quotations, and identify new business opportunities within manufacturing services. Travel for customer visits and trade shows is involved.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of FPC/PCB/assembly. You will collaborate with operations to resolve delivery/quality issues and contribute to the full product life cycle

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT, Electrical or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of FPC/PCB/Assembly in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customers' accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing.
• Support and maintain excellent customer relationships and present new business opportunities.
• Assess clients' project needs and propose manufacturing services and solutions to meet their objectives.
• Involve in the entire product life cycle from prototype to mass production to End-of-Life (EOL).
• Work with operations to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Acquire new customers & business opportunities.
• Travel for customer visits and attend trade shows.
• Submit weekly & monthly sales reports including sales revenue and sales funnel.
