Job summary

Wipro Limited (Singapore) is seeking a WebSphere Administrator (Production Support) to ensure production stability for critical applications in Singapore. The role involves triaging high-priority incidents, monitoring SLAs, tuning performance, and implementing improvements with IT teams.

You will work with Azure Cloud, WebSphere/Tomcat/Apache, and tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Jenkins, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and plan releases in line with ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on WebSphere, Linux, Cloud (Azure) experience.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Selenium, Jenkins).
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and resolution of tickets, providing timely resolution for high-priority incidents.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure proactive escalation management.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning to improve efficiency.
• Create mitigation measures for tool/improvement experiments with tech teams.
• Handle disaster recovery activities and ensure security controls.
• Report on performance and issues; support stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve tickets and service requests.
• Update SOPs and knowledge repository for future tickets.
