Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support or SRE environment.
• Strong incident and problem management and troubleshooting abilities.
• Hands-on Linux/Unix experience and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Kubernetes-based application support and pod troubleshooting.
• Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) experience.
• Experience with Control-M, Autosys or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for critical business applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents with detailed root cause analysis.
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, and scheduled jobs; address issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot across cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, databases, and application layers.
• Support batch scheduling platforms such as Control-M or Autosys.
• Communicate with business users during incidents and manage expectations.
• Drive automation to reduce repetitive tasks and improve support processes.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve platform reliability and resiliency.
• Participate in on-call and weekend support rotation; contribute to SRE initiatives.
