Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join our Software Engineering Group. You will provide L2/L3 application support for mission-critical systems, perform incident management, and drive root cause analysis to ensure high availability and performance in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires strong Unix/Linux and SQL expertise, experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and ELK, and collaboration with development, infrastructure and business

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong hands-on Unix/Linux experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Experience in production monitoring and incident management.
• Familiarity with Grafana and ELK for monitoring.
• Exposure to MQ or Kafka messaging systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD and release activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across applications and data.
• Perform incident and problem management with root cause analysis.
• Execute SQL queries to analyze data and support investigations.
• Utilize Unix/Linux for monitoring, diagnostics, and automation.
• Monitor health using Grafana, ELK, MQ/Kafka and related tools.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams to resolve issues.
• Support deployments, release validation and production readiness.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
