Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join the Production Support-focused development team.

The role balances new development with L2/L3 production support in a production environment, emphasizing reliability and incident resolution. The candidate should bring deep Java experience, scripting with Python or Bash, and strong Unix/Linux and SQL skills, along with familiarity in Grafana, ELK, MQ/Kafka, CI/CD, and WebSocket.

Qualifications

5+ years in software development with L2/L3 support.
Hands-on Java development with Python and Bash scripting.
Strong Unix/Linux experience and SQL.
Familiar with Grafana, ELK, MQ/Kafka, WebSocket, SFTP, and CI/CD.
Experience production incident management and root cause analysis.
Balance development and production support in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable in an SRE/Production Support setting.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise apps using Java, Python, and related technologies.
Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting for production environments.
Monitor and support application health using Grafana, ELK, and MQ/Kafka.
Analyze and resolve production incidents, system issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure application stability and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and support teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Utilize Unix/Linux environments extensively for application support, diagnostics, and automation.
Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell (Bash), or Java to improve operational efficiency.
