Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a similar L2/L3 role.

• Proven experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana and ELK.
• Exposure to MQ or Kafka messaging systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and release support activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The primary focus of this role is L2/L3 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring system stability and availability. You will work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous service improvements.
• This position is ideal for professionals with a strong production support background and hands-on expertise in Unix/Linux and SQL who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced support environment.
