Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking an experienced L2/L3 production support professional to maintain and support production applications. The role emphasizes incident management, root-cause analysis, and close collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong Unix/Linux and SQL skills, hands-on experience with Grafana/ELK for monitoring, and familiarity with MQ/Kafka messaging.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Application/Production Support (L2/L3).
• Hands-on Unix/Linux proficiency.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting business-critical production apps.
• Proven incident management and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana/ELK).
• Familiarity with messaging (MQ/Kafka) and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and data-related issues.
• Perform incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis for production incidents.
• Execute SQL queries to analyze data and support business investigations.
• Use Unix/Linux environments for monitoring, diagnostics, and automation.
• Monitor health with Grafana, ELK, MQ/Kafka and related platforms.
• Collaborate with development, infra and business teams to drive timely resolutions.
• Support deployments, release validation and production readiness processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
