Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing administration.
• Familiar with SAP for material tracking and production data collection.
• Proficient with Excel and Word and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare standard reports and production KPI data.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and distribute systems or documents at company and department levels.
• Budget and Purchase Request for consumables, low-value consumables, fixed assets, etc., and monitor arrivals, warehousing and collection.
• Process the collection of consumables in SAP and issue material requisition forms to production supervisors.
• Assist with employee training, examinations, and reimbursement.
• Manage workshop orders and raw material control in SAP, ensuring accurate routing costs and timely submission of machine and labor hours.
• Assist HR with onboarding and monthly productivity and KPI data.
• Assist the production supervisor with daily employee shift scheduling and attendance to ensure accuracy.
• Other tasks assigned by the production manager.
